This pair in particular…With how popular ACG vibes, hiking boots & gear, and Hornets colors / gear was at the time I’m actually shocked these never dropped…

got mine in yesterday and I am totally happy with them. only nagging issue for me is the white laces disappear into the white. looks classy for sure, but I'm gonna get freaky and try out the khaled 5 black laces and see what's up. might try a red too if I'm feelin frisky

I called Nike customer service on Monday and they said they don’t make and have no plans to make a size 11 3/4 Fire Red 3…or any shoe for that matter.

…and they said they had never heard of someone named Forest Hills.

It's because I haven't been to Nike HQ in a while, they kinda forgot about me sadly. I was very behind the scenes when I was there so my presence is only known by a select few. You probably spoke to someone in the CS department. I never liked those guys honestly.

I DMed him on instagram and he actually responded a few minutes ago, saying he never knew anyone named Forest Hills in high school, but had recently taken out a restraining order against someone of the same name.

Apparently this person had been stalking him for years and even showed up uninvited to his youngest daughter’s wedding and had to be escorted out by the police.

He decided to file for the restraining order after receiving a photograph in the mail of this man wearing a pair of white cement 3s…and nothing else.

That glossy paint has always kept me away from 7s. Glad I can actually enjoy a pair now. These were a phenomenal retro. The shape, materials, finish, and qc is all on point. Not 1:1 with the OG but way closer than we’ve ever seen.
