Bachelor Pad.

Thats why I bought my house new. I've seen toom any HGTV shows where even after inspection they think its all good then bam, your foundation is leaking, your joints are rotted out,

JUST GOT BACK FROM NEW YORK COMIC CON AND BOUGHT SOME DOPE ART PRINTS TO FRAME AND PUT IN THE MANCAVE.

The result of breaking up with your girl, leaving the house, leaving with just your shoes and clothes— you get to restart and buy everything you want ha. Down to a two bedroom cozy apartment, couldn’t be happier. Most of the artwork is from my boy Hebru Brantley.

Not really a sneakerhead thing tbf
It’s a human thing. People collect all types of ****

I mean in regards to what he has shown in photo. Shoes displayed, Murkami art, KAWS statues, sneaker books, bearbricks, etc. Those are pretty specific to sneaker culture.

I have a lot of that stuff like skateboards and what not but I literally just threw them all in my storage. I like less is more now. When I was in college, I had so much crap on my walls. It was insane.

Is that LVT flooring?

My finished basement was demolished from water damage so we have to remodel the entire thing. Instead of carpet, we are thinking LVT

YEA IT IS LVT FLOORING. EVERYTHING IN OUR BASEMENT BUILD IS WATERPROOF/WATER RESISTANT. STEEL FRAMING, GYPSUM WALL PANELS, COMPOSITE BASEBOARDS/TRIM MOULDING, LVT FLOORING. OUR BASEMENT DOESN'T LEAK OR FLOOD, BUT EVEN IF IT DOES, IT WON'T MATTER.

CARPET, DRYWALL, AND WOOD STUDS ARE A BIG NO NO IN THE BASEMENT IMO. NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH MOLD.

Interesting, because I currently have steel "studs" in the basement - but contractors coming in tell me that those are not up to code. Need actual 2x4 framing, with floating walls, etc. Per city code.

Guess I can post some updated pics now that I have more together...

Really missing my 65E6P... didn't think my living room was as big as it is. Had to move the couch closer to the TV because it just seemed so... small. I would like to buy another couch but the store I got my furniture from only offers 12 mo no interest and I wasn't trying to spend too much per month so it can wait. Don't know many people here anyway so I doubt I'll ever need that much seating anyway. Also I wish I had bought the coffee table there so I didn't have to assemble it. It was a major pain in the *** putting it together only to get to the 2nd to last step and realize I needed a second person to help screw in the lift top. :frown:

I can finally take a shower! I did find some THC infused bath salt tho so I will be taking at least 1 more bath some day. Also had to do the player thing and buy some bath bombs, bubble bath and scented candles... for the ladies.

Bought a Zinus 12 inch green tea memory foam mattress and bed frame. I like my 13 inch Brentwood mattress more, but this was $200 less. Also I wish the bed were higher up but I'm not about to buy a box spring.
