dope new spots above^ congrats on moving out.

i've lived in my current condo since january 2018 (purchased). didn't really have the money to do anything to it or furnish it properly and got bare minimum cheap crap from ikea that i'm growing old of really quick. was living paycheck to paycheck until a few months ago.. sacrifices in order to buy a place in toronto

got some goals for 2020: will be doing some reno's starting march.

first things first.. rip out the entire floor and put in a more modern floor + get rid of the ugly carpet in the bedroom.

once that's done, repaint the condo to match the new floor and finish furnishing this place.

then redo the bathroom in the summer if time/money permits.

will post before and after pics

Our bathroom floor started to crack. I pulled back the flooring and discovered some dry rot in the subfloor. I think there was water damage and the prior owner replaced the damaged insulation but not the wood. Now we’re taking to update the bathroom a bit. I’ll post more pics later.

depends what you want, new vs older, etc

Not a bachelor pad anymore...but we put on an addition. LADBS is the devil. From plan check to the **** inspector we have....never again.

We put on a 500 Sq Ft master suite and since I wanted 2 exits to the rear I had to rework the entire original floor plan. The kitchen is now going to be where the water heater is. Patio Doors will lead you to the rear so no one goes in our room lol

a bunch of pictures didn't upload and was lazy but we're finally to drywall after so many "corrections" and rain relays.

We let our son help out on picking finishes and furniture since it'll be his bachelor pad when he's older

Especially, if you get any type of action or even just have a woman stay over.

Makeup/tanning lotions etc and you’re done.

What’s up bachelor padders ? I told myself before 2020 was over I was going to move outta my parents house. Ended up accomplishing that goal a year early. I officially moved in three weeks ago on 12/21/19. This post has been a long time coming. It’s feels good to post my spot .

I got a coffee table on Wayfair I wanna order. Idk why I ain’t pull da trigger yet. I’m not gone happy until in sells out . When I order it I’ll post an update shot of it in my living room.

I got a picture frame Ima add to my wall mount as soon as I find a good pic to put in there lol. I think I wanna add some lil faux plants on it as well.

Once I finish sorting my closet I’ll post an update of that too.
