Dressing Better Vol 2.0

Need some advice from you guys I am getting married in October, I want a light grey suit. I am going to wear a bowtie. Initially, I was going to go to DC and try Suit Supply, but financially, it doesn’t make much sense to spend a few hundred bucks to travel there, get a hotel etc. I’d like to pay less than $600 for the suit ultimately. Ive had my eye on this one below. Im 5-10, about 225 lbs (gonna lose a few lbs before the wedding) What would you do? Would you just order it and have it altered? Would you go to a tailor and get full measurements and send that to Suit Supply? Would you go instore, to Jos Bank and see if they have light grey suits. I’m not really nervous yet, but I don’t want to wait too long to secure my suit. http://us.suitsupply.com/suits/suit...516i/P3516I,en_US,pd.html?start=12&cgid=Suits

You could take your measurements and send them to Suit Supply but ultimately I feel they may just refer you their sizing guide. Do you know what size suit you generally wear? If so, order that size and take it to your local tailor to get altered like Adrian did. If you're still nervous about ordering online, call the store or a rep to inquire about the fit of their Lazio suits and how they think it compares to a normal suit. It seems like you want to try on the suit beforehand but since its not possible, those are pretty much the only two things you can do.

Should I pull the trigger on this henley t? (J Crew Short Sleeve Henley) Comes out to about 35. I wonder how the fit is on these:

Buy it if you plan on wearing. It's pretty slim fitting and true to size.

It’s On Sale: Common Projects and Margiela Sneakers

Oki Ni is having a spring/ summer sale for customers in the United States and Canada. Take 30% off with the code SUMMER30. The code works on the Common Projects and Maison Martin Margiela sneakers you see above, both of which come out to about $275 after discount. You can then email the store and ask for VAT to be refunded. That’ll knock these down even further, to about $220. Shipping is free.

(These run true to size, from my experience. Also, note that in order to get the code to work, you have to specify your shipping destination to be either the US or Canada).

The temptation was strong when I woke up an hour ago :lol gladly I was able to resist.

If you have the URL of the picture, put it in between [ img] and [/img ]. Remove the spaces inside the brackets.

Thanks, it is even a pain to add reps smh Testing today's outfit well it worked just posting link from imgur, but pic is huge :/

Almost had it. You need the direct URL to the picture which is http://i.imgur.com/hC2o11m.jpg

And nice fit. Try a brown tie (knit if you have one) next time :)

*edit* looks like you got the pic to show up

Need help finding a pair of dark-charcoal pants to wear as an usher in a wedding in July. Do you guys have any suggestions on a good pair <$100? Appreciate the help!

slimmed the legs down just a tad bit more on these pants, realized the wheat cotton ludlow sits much higher than my express suit, which the pants seem to be more of a low rise fit which i love...im content with the fit, will be rocking in a few days to shoot my next wedding

For that price range, I would check Banana Republic, J Crew, Target, JCPIf you only plan on wearing them once, then I would get something relatively affordable

Wore this today riding around town on the bike (around 20 miles) and to the stadium and got a lot of hate on facebook :))

I'm not gonna wear slacks and shirts for riding around town and running, come on.

anyone know where to buy some cheap cuffed sweatpants? i liked the ones from h&m, but can't find any stores with stock anywhere. mainly using them to work out in or run errands maybe, so something $30 or less would be great.

seen some on Ebay for 10 bucks from China, scared to pull the trigger though

First day of work today. Buddy snapped a pic of me. Caught me off guard :lol

edit: Oh and one of my co-workers just put his two weeks in at J.Crew. Said he could still hook me up with their employee discount before its gone. Should I pull the trigger on the Ludlow now that the price is comparable(better) to the Suit Supply one? Ludlow would run me 455 in total. SS is $469 plus either costs of me getting into the city or just the $10 shipping. Thoughts?
