You obviously haven't been in this situation "Frank". "For any reason"? Do you even know the law... I know what you're saying but you're talking recklessly. I can give you examples but not going to waste my time. Whatever, hope this never happens to you though. The point of my post is to make people aware at the very least...not to gain sympathy or have someone like you refer me to the user agreement. Did you even read it yourself?Originally Posted by FrankMatthews

Lol, a lawyer for what? You gonna be wasting your money on that one. Any business has the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. You don't have a right to use paypal, it's a privilege. Oh, and that little user aggrement you checked the box for when signing up, pretty much guarantees any attempt at litigation will fail.

As for hiring a lawyer for $250 of damages, it is beyond stupid.
As for transferring your money "immediately", well that's what I did and they reversed my last transfer. So there goes that.
Again the point of the thread was to simply make people aware that you can/will get got... even if you're operating fair and square. I also wanted to get account from other people. That is all!
Good day and let's wish for google to crank some' good one day.
