Email HELP! I would like to send a GIF in email, but not as attachment

Lord knows I'm not good at all with GIFs. But I want to send an e-mail out to all my co workers using a GIF file. But I want it to show in the e-mail like how it would appear here, not as an attachment though. It seems like thats the only way I can do it. Can someone help?

gmail do .gif files, just turn it on on the mylab option.
