Made this tonight for my post workout meal.

Eggs were scrambled Gordon Ramsay style/recipe. Tomatoes were cooked on a pan and were delicious as well. Brb going to chug a protein shake.

My neighbor made a frittata & brought me over a piece. She's a nurse & continuing her education & she's making these dishes as some part of home assignment for one of her classes. The food's been really really good. That mac & cheese last night was so good as is this frittatata. What I didn't snap a pic of was some buffalo wings she made that were seasoned with Old Bay & had a nice hot sauce to.
