I filled out one of those things at the post office but they still delivered the package anyway. Said it was already out for delivery by time that my post office reached the other one.

Thats why if I really dont know or trust buyer I tell em to pay paypal personal. If I know you and youve bought from me before, reg paypal is a ok.
