long story short i got some fakes from ebay. open a dispute and this is what paypal sent me.....

my question is, who should i contact to get help?

To continue our investigation, we need documentation supporting your claim
that the item is not authentic.

Here’s what you need to do.

Obtain a document from an unbiased third-party, such as a dealer,
appraiser, or an organization that is qualified in the area of the item in
question (other than you). This document should contain the following:

• A detailed description as to why the item is not authentic (i.e., how
the item differs from an authentic item, how the person evaluating the item
determined that it is not authentic, etc.). If your item has a serial
number, please also include it.

• The document must be on letterhead that includes the name, address, and
phone number of the authenticating party so that we can contact them
directly, if necessary.

If the upload feature is available in your PayPal account, we encourage you
to upload your documents, as it’s usually the quickest way for us to
receive and review your information.

Here's how to upload your information:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click “Resolution Center” near the top of the page.
3. Click “Resolve” under “Action” next to the item for which you need to
provide documentation.
4. Follow the instructions to upload the files.
5. Click “Send Files to PayPal.”

The documents should be faxed to PayPal at (402) 537-5760. Please note this
is a United States fax number. If you are faxing from outside the United
States, you will probably need to dial 00 1 before the number.

Please include a cover sheet with your fax that includes the email address
registered to your PayPal account and the ID number of your claim
(PP-002-383-132-654).

We need to receive your fax by June 08, 2013 in order to proceed with the
investigation of your claim. If we don’t receive your fax by June 08, 2013,
your claim will be closed and no further action will be taken on our part.

Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any costs or fees you
may incur in obtaining the requested documents. Any documents you provide
may also be supplied to the seller if necessary.

In other words post pictures. This is a sneaker forum. Dudes will be able to legit check for you.

I did do a legit check on here and posted on paypal when i first file dispute it. will someone from like finishline able to do this? i know a manager there

You got any friends or know people that work at banks, phone companies, insurance w.e, where you could put down whatever the senders address is & trace it back all the way there till you get a phone number...

I would think a finish line manager would work, make sure your friend doesn't say he knows you personally. Also posting a legit check on here and get screenshots ofeople saying they're fake would be good.

Did you open the dispute thru paypal or ebay?

If ebay then that is an "item not as describe" claim. Seller did not disclose that the shoes were fake in the listing.

wasnt thinking through enough. he had good enough feedback to believe. just a stupid mistake.

but does anyone know if the letter gotta be hand written or can it be typed?
