.....oh and, you cant use scissors for most packages like these. thats how you end up with cuts. the box cutter is perfect. all you have to do is cut on the flat parts around the item.

These don't exist out here in CA anymore if I remember correctly.
They're eitherserated perforated just under the seal so you can just peel it back , or are partially sealed throughout the package in a snap-like set-up
