I never knew that......

Sorry, the point is they took a one time payout - not the royalties
Pusha and Malice took a payout for the jingle they made with McDs, based on the song. Not the original song containing that “I’m Lovin’ It” lyric and melody. The business with the Neptunes was an entirely different thing.

Push also said Pharrell took a one time as well

Came across this meme and it reminded me.

It’s actually “if it’s white, say goodnight”. Polar bears are known to actively hunt humans because they know they can win. They can hunt anytime of the year. There’s even bear jail for those who get too spicy. The last bit of convo in the video is funny and interesting

Black bears on the other hand if you show any sort of aggression back to them they’ll F off immediately regardless of size. So scream, stand make yourself big square up whatever They’re all talk and no show.

Cain’s jawbone

Cain’s jawbone is a literary novel puzzle that was created in 1934. There was a prize of £15 to anyone who solved it. Two people solved it back, then, as of now only one of the person did during Covid. The prize now is £1000 or dollar equivalent.

So what is it? The title is based off of a Shakespeare’s Hamlet quote, which references Cain and Abel. The biblical brothers with essentially the first murder weapon ever. Essentially, it’s a murder mystery novel that is 100 pages long but the pages are out of order and very cryptic. you get a mini guide to help you on your way. To claim the prize you must reorder the book in the correct way, say who was the murderer and who was murdered. There are 6 confirmed murdered.

The book is meant to be cut apart/ripped. Many versions come precut for the user to start. Besides, a few poems, most of the pages and with a full stop/“.” So connecting pages by flow is another added difficulty

Kate Winslet also dated a costar in the British show Dark Season. She was 15, he was 27…. Let’s add to the grooming drama. She still works with Polanski and Woody Allen despite their histories. And in 2008 she starred in the movie called The Reader where she plays an older woman that develops a sexual relationship with a minor.

The Streisand effect

Everyone knows the Mandela effect, and so here is one created by one Barbra Streisand. In 2003, a photographer named Kenneth Adelman was working for California coastal records project in which 12,000 California coastline photographs were taken to document coastal erosion and intended to influence government policymakers for environmental purposes.

Of those photos one was a photo of Barbara’s Malibu beach home. Here it is

Streisand wanted to sue Adelman for invasion of privacy. Before the trial it was downloaded 6 times 2 of them being Streisand’s attorneys. once the story popped out it was downloaded 420,000 times. Streisand lost and was ordered to pay $177,000 in legal fees to Adelman.

So essentially, the Streisand effect is attempting to block or sensor any type of information no matter how minuscule, and it ends up backfiring and they get even more attention. Because the accuser (Streisand) brought it up.

Examples include:
Union Street Guest House, a Hotel in New York had a policy that "there will be a $500 fine that will be deducted from your deposit for every negative review of USGH placed on any Internet site by anyone in your party and/or attending your wedding or event. The results were thousands of people submitting reviews anywhere possible.

In mid2020 New York post had an investigation and article about Hunter Biden’s laptop composing of possible corruption schemes. Twitter then stopped the article of being posted, and any profile that would share the link to the article was locked out and suspended, including New York Post’s on Twitter account. Numbers show increase of 5.5 thousand shares every 15 minutes to about 10 thousand shares shortly after Twitter censored the story, as evidence of the Streisand Effect nearly doubling the attention the story received.

WAs reminded of this gem about the hate me now video from Nas
The music video for the single, directed by Hype Williams and featuring Nas being crucified, was the subject of extreme controversy, as the original edit also featured Sean Combs, then known as Puff Daddy, on the cross.[8] Puffy, who was a Catholic, had demanded that his crucifixion scene be excised from the broadcast edit of the video. However, the wrong edit was incorrectly sent to MTV, which broadcast that version on the April 15, 1999, edition of TRL.[9][8][10] Within minutes of the broadcast, Combs had barged into the offices of Nas' manager Steve Stoute with several bodyguards, and struck Stoute over the head with a champagne bottle.[11] In June 1999, Stoute sued Combs, resulting in a $500,000 out-of-court settlement from Combs.[12]

It… has a certain name. Near the gated entrance is a giant rock that has the name on it. Well…. Yikes

When his dad got the lease for the place in ‘83 he painted over it. Perry’s family uses a different entrance now. It’s still there. Paint is faded. Between 1983 and 2006 he claims to have hunted around a dozen times and when he was elected into the state legislature in ‘85, he hosted a few turkey shoots for fellow lawmakers.

Someone was noted to say Perry is “covering his tracks” as he goes on in his political career.
