iPhone music to iTunes help needed!

Does anyone know of a free software download that transfers the music from my iPhone to iTunes? I just bought a 4G and I really don't want to lose all my music from my 3G. Any help is appreciated.

You can use sharepod to save it to your pc. But then you gotta manually add it to iTunes

After it's saved on my computer I can just drag it into iTunes right?
