I don’t mind spending on a shoe I really like. I just bought 2 pairs of FOG 1 triple black and 2 pairs of FOG 1 Sail on SX and goat. But these? Nah. No way. And they pick that color way? Just release the mags in numbers and I will pay whatever retail is happily.

We're never going to see an affordable, "regular" Mag release. That ship sailed when they went the charity-auction route. Imagine you paid $15K or whatever for a pair back then, and now a few years later they are made available for a few hundred bucks. Nike will have zero interest in the PR headache it would cause.

Interesting video from gc911. I don't know what they said, but toward the end they do a little rig to make the jubilee an adapt. Looking at both of them in the video, I didn't realize how much the adapt changes the look of the front of the shoe. Its a bit much model-wise and price-wise for me since I typically play in mine, but the more I look at them, the more I like the design. Almost has a piano feel.
