If she was prettier, wasn't dark skinned and 6'9, Leslie Jones would be Tiffany Haddish and then some. She's so over the top imo and not funny. I was watching this play, had the boring Destiny's Child in it, Gospel themed lie a Tyler Perry play although it wasn't, had Fred Williamson in it, and it's clean and stereotypical black comedy, churchy, wholesome with predictable storylines and Jeesus being the antithesis to all problem right and then all of a sudden here come Tiffany Haddish ghetto *** cussing and telling Boring Destiny's Child crush up some viagra in his milkshake. It was so over the top, such a 1 trick pony.

I've never thought Tiffany Haddish was funny either. But... 1) plenty of other people probably do and 2) the business isn't built on the idea that the funniest people "make it."
Hollywood is not like a pro sports league where prospects are drafted based on demonstrated mastery amongst each other. There's a game being played behind the scenes that determines who becomes a "star"
There's always discord between black comedians (entertainers in general) because they believe it's a rat race and whoever is "winning" will always be the most hated. Honestly, Katt was telling some uncomfortable truths in that video.
But Katt played that same game and didn't play it right...which is why he's looking funny in the light. ****** been getting "skipped over". You knew that when you signed up.
