How come the grilled version has more cholesterol and sodium than the breaded version?

this thing aint nothing but 2 pieces of chickn breast, pepperjack cheese, chipotle sauce, and bacon. i can make that at home. IMO it would be better minus a breast, and 2 pieces of bread/biscuit.
