Legit check on my Toro 4's

So My dad bought me some Toro 4's from his connect in footlocker or Champs can't remember in July when they dropped and looked authentic he has given me a few more pairs and are all legit he gets them from Footlocker or Champs I'm not sure anyways i bought some Toro 4's on Ebay from a guy who said he bought them of Nike.com the guy has 500+ rating and I even did a legit check with them here and everybody said they were legit. Anyways I put them side by side and on one pair the grey looks darker and so does the red. Here help me guys out these were the ones my dad got me(from his connect Footlocker or champs)

The one that has the blue circle around them is the pair of shoes i bought on ebay and the other shoe is the one from my dads connect i did a side by side
