Made a lateral move 2 years in after driving to Scout .
Did 6 yrs 3 tours 2 iraq 1 afgan i am a Purple Heart Receipient from a blast in a 7ton I sustained while on my second tour in iraq.
Will post pics of my heaters tomorrow - Semper fi and nice to see all the military brothers in here !

1. im "ignorant" when it comes to the service, but how do you guys live? is it like a houses on/near base
2. when coppin kicks, do u send them home or keep them with u?
3. when deployed, how do u move your stuff that youve copped?

1. We live in 2 man units.....its just a room with 2 wall lockers that we use to split it don the middle.....it varies from FOB to FOB but thats the just of it....some guys are still living in tents.
2. I buy all my kicks and send them home....my wife takes pics and sends me the pics.
3. If i ever did send anything out here to Iraq i would just mail it home before i went home.....you would be surprised how big some FOB's are and how similar they are to back in the states....I got pulled over by the MP's in my Humvee yesterday for speeding.....LAME

They're starting to crumble on the inside and the air bubble is done but i still wear them every now and then lol. Only a matter of time before my foot busts through the bottom though.

I had the OG Colorway my freshman year in High School and i wore them damn near everyday.....I remember when i went out of town and left them in Detroit at my aunts house and that was the end of them.....It hurt but oh well.....im on a mission to find them again

Thanks bro.
1. I get "Basic Housing Allowance" so im given extra money per month to live off base anywhere I want.
2. Ive been in 6 years and the 2 duty stations I was attached to I was fortunate to get BAH so i always had my kicks with me.
3. When i was deployed to afghan I had everything delivered to my house and my roomate sign for all of them. When i came back I had atleast 20+ packages waiting for me
