Yea it's time to take her to her primary doctor. He will refer her to a neuro doc to do further research. Keep an eye on her and gather all of the things you've noticed so you can give them a good history on her and also for her safety. Dementia and AD are both diagnosed by symptoms, from what I understand.  I hope the best for you bro
