I'll be moving to Northridge in the coming weeks as a transfer to CSUN.

Anyone care to help a newbie out? Best spots to eat, shop, what to do, what to look out for, etc.?

There's a plethora of good eats around campus. Some nearby plazas include the ones on Reseda/Nordhoff and Reseda/Devonshire. The Northridgemall is about 2 miles away and the bigger Topanga Mall is about 7 miles away. Winnetka theater is about 5 miles away in Chatsworth.

As for night life, you're only about 20-30 mins away from Hollywood, West L.A., etc.

i been attending csun so far good eats but havent found anything any nice
but what wj4 said your gonna be living 20-20 minutes from hollywood so thats not to
bad bro get ready fo the summer winter out there those will be harsh
