I thought that is why the NFL had the third party neurologists at every game. Any time a player looks like they got their bell rung they have to be cleared by the third party.

Clearly it failed with Tua but I can remember Patrick going down against the Browns in a playoff game with a concussion and he wasn't allowed to come back in.

Yeah they do have that 3rd party guy, but I don't think that's fool proof at all though. I feel like there's still some influence involved.

agreed its a systematic/league wide issue...but teams have been made examples before to correct behavior. *cough cough*....so nail them, pls. this is player health....

didn’t Miami claim back issues last week against Buffalo? sheesh are they ****ed…

Brian Flores’ case against the NFL/Miami still going on too right?

Seen players from other sports with less contact get concussed and miss way more time then even 3 months. Kinda nuts that it's just you miss a game and you're good to go playing football

dudes be missing couple practices in some cases

but yea in other sports dudes be out monthsss

As usual, folks have to explain basic stuff to sudden experts. This is Covid all over again.

He was cleared DAILY, by MULTIPLE Doctors, not employed by the Miami Dolphins. If he's cleared, and he shows no symptoms thru various multiple tests, and he's saying he feels fine, you want, what? To sit the player anyways?

A whole *** hospital kicked him out inside an hour and put him on an airplane, they must be on the payroll too. :smh:

All this pearl clutching.

One time I had a back injury after I hit my head on the ground. Then I kinda had to shake my head to get my bearings, jogged a few steps and lost my balance.

Thought that was weird for a back injury.

So because you’re a dolphins fan, you blindly agree with the teams decision to play Tua 4 days after a concussion, only to see him get crushed last night and throw up gang signs while suffering an additional concussion.

Glad I’m not a super fan of any sports team to agree with that dumb ****
