NT verdict Dunk or Hard Lay-up

I will just share some examples (dont know how to embed tho)
Dwight dunk contest

Blake on Knicks

Pierce on two players

I wouldnt consider these dunks because 

A-its not like they "really" have to jump higher to throw it in

B- they're not even having any type of contact with the rim

*but hey 2 points is 2 points

There is NO definition that states that a dunk must involve the player touching the rim.
