Pretty much, I do it all the time. Rather secure the shoes then wait, these days you don't know if a shoe will sit or sell out. In my size they sell fast so even if a sz 15 hits the site you can make adjustments. On the off chance they sell out atleast you secured your pair.

You can add the gift card before the launch on SNKRS by going into your profile settings and adding a new form of payment

Yes, you can preloaded the GC and have it in the system.. Ready for RD. But when the clock strikes 0, you need to add that secondary form of payment. Sometimes the option pops up, but most times it doesn't. You have to go back out the product page to say... Feed or explore, then go back in. Then the GC option is there. By then, your size might be gone?

Your best bet is to call and add the GC after the fact.
