I did it for the black toes, and didn’t want my yin yangs to have a white tongue (or waste a perfectly good shoe).
Seen someone mention it in the game royal thread and it made sense

That's what's up! I'm gonna get my white black toe tongues put into the black yin yang and customing out a black/white so when they eventually re-release ill already have a remastered pair.
