Black Toe or Black White. The only other black to variants I've seen where the tongue is white are the art Basel pairs and there lo seems to be a splash of red at the bottom and black lettering on the tongue tag.

citygear sent me my hyper royals fully laced up, with no shoe trees and the white laces in the baggie detached from the shoe. the sneaker paper was all crumpled with both shoes on top. looks 100% like a return.

i just ordered a pair from NDC. im going to return the citygear pair to NDC and keep the NDC pair. i feel a little uneasy about the citygear pair. i hate getting returned pairs. maybe they saw i got em for $89 shipped and thought i wouldnt care? but i do.

Funny/Not Funny story,
So I been on the hunt for a decent pair of 01 royals for a while and saw a pair on grailed for $215. And thought to myself while looking at the posted pictures ok ok not bad looks decent would say worn about 3-4times. No heel drag, no cracking on the swoosh. So I decided to pull the trigger. However, I decided to further inspect the shoes upon arrival just to make sure it wasnt too good to be true....and sadly realized that it was.....both sides of the shoe are not the same..... the seller also didn’t even bother mentioning it to me upon purchasing. Anyway, I know that these are in fact legit, I have my breds from 01 to compare them to but, I cant help the fact the it’s two sides of the shoe from different production numbers on tongue/dates (left shoe china) (right shoe Taiwan) I don’t know how Im feeling atm. Like I ’m happy that I got my childhood shoes but, kinda sad that it’s from different pairs....how would you guys feel?

Ps. It’s the same size on both sides so that’s good.

I wouldn't be too mad about it if the only issue is from different countries. The only drawback is that the numbers on the back of your tongues won't match up.

tell me about it, im kinda OCD myself. just the thought of knowing that its not the "same pair of shoes" bothers me but maybe ill et over it?....

Mad at the seller that didnt mention it
"two differnt shoes" (but still the same shoe) haha

Pros:
Good price IMO
Been looking for a pair for a while thats lower than $250 (been wanting these since i was in middle school)
Overall 9/10 condition vs what other people are trying to sell theres for
