I’ve heard other ppl say things to this nature but where aren’t you getting taxed?

You’re getting taxed st StockX, GOAT, ebay, footsites/footstores, SNKRS, etc

You may have to limit yourself to local sales and other means

We should revive the buy/sell forum...no tax there

we can agree to disagree, but I don't think we should pay tax on resale. I know the laws have changed and companies are allowed to tax consumers even if they don't have a physical presence in that state. Personally, I'm just more hesitant to buy from stockx if they're charging tax on top of the $1,000 I'm already spending
