Only 2 out of like 6 are getting them in dallas so I wouldn't doubt some cities got left out

Walked into Jimmy Jazz just to browse and asked the chick working if they already did their raffle. I expected a yea from her but she says they're actually giving out guaranteed pair tickets! Said they still had some size 12 tickets left and I scooped one with the quickness!
