As a kid I prevented my shoes from looking like that. Who would’ve ever thought this would be a thing.

Now we got pens to age midsoles these days, it’s a different world. I prefer this to the sneakershield-soleprotector-my sneakers look deadstock on feet lemme walk like a duck ages tbh.

Same, I got rid of them after scooping a used pair for around retail in ~2017. The leather was good but the tongue felt pretty stiff on foot for me and wasn't too comfortable to wear for that reason. I miss them now for sure but mocha 1s are similar enough IMO that I'm content.

Nah only bought them once back when they were reselling around $300 lol. Never bought them bought it back, figured they’d eventually retro in the future without the glitter issues.

If you smear peanut butter on the midsole and let it sit for a few hrs then give it a good Jason Markk bath it’ll give u that “aged” look a lot easier

Honestly people can love it or hate it. I have never been emotional about others opinions on what I wear. I also subscribe to the notion of any damage/ wear to a sneaker should be earned, but I figured I would try something different after wearing this shoe plenty...

I like them, I really do. But line I said a few weeks back, this is 100% a jordan 1 mid style color blocking. Without that reverse swoosh these would be outlet bound 1s we’ll see how this release goes though. I don’t see me dropping 1k+ on this
