Preach not sure why he posting them like somebody caresPushing it back a year if they want, ain’t gonna save these
Take a good look, they were testing mid soles for the Jordan 2.
Young MJ in the return 1.5's ? I never knew he actually wore these or that these were even around back then for him to wear.
Not JUST a different reiteration. It could've had an af1 sole or a vandal sole or a blazer sole but instead had a new sole never seen before and wasn't borrowed or shared with any other shoe except the very next 2nd numbered official Jordan shoe line release. And since he wore em before the 2s came out but after the true aj1 release doesn't it makes even more sense why they're referred to as the 1.5s?
So why hate the 1.5 reference so much?

This is one pair, and probably the only pair, that I’ve beat up pretty bad. I wear them to work when I’m sick of my boots.

Haha nice. I remember getting COFs for $100 and beating them up, wore em to concerts, in the rain, etc. They held up really well even though they have clear soles, cleaned em up and sold em for like $120 a while ago lollol COFs are easily my biggest beaters, bought them for like $80 IIRC and beat them into the ground.. I even wore mine to volunteer to care for (but, mostly, play with) Cheetah cubs at a zoo (back when those were open lol) when we were in South Africa
Then that was a horrible picture of themits grey, not olive lol

That's awesome. They are a good pair for beaters. The leather isn't soft and plush and works well for this reason. The only downside is how ugly that translucent sole will get. Strangely enough, I enjoy the memories of when I wore a certain shoe. Even if its nothing special as I don't get to wear mine all that often.
