Edit:
2.5 hours in. Little mad the ribs split away from the roast, but it's all good. First time doing a bone in rib roast on the grill myself. I brought one for my bro to cook at Christmas and it was a hit, so trying to see what I can do.

Got another in the freezer for round 2 as well...

Finally got to try franklins in Austin and the brisket is worth the hype. Insane flavor. The ribs were pretty good and everything else was meh, including sides.
