Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

Do not do this,

Most blackjack dealers don't know basic blackjack strategy and when I say most I mean 95%+.
No way I can agree with that outrageous claim.

Maybe that is your experience nowhere near close to mine.

I do this **** for a living, I don't give a damn what you agree with,

You think casinos are trying to help you win and my claim is outrageous?

Stick to wrestling and 2K, please.

Don't misquote me, I didn't say the CASINO is trying to help.

I said it is in the dealer's best interest that you come out successful so they can get tipped.

Again, your claim of 95% is based on YOUR experience .

And I simply said ask the dealer what the BOOK says to do.

Which doesn't take TOO much strategy.

Again, I do this for a living and you're not well versed in this subject, at all.

What the book says to do,

The blackjack dealer is not your friend, they do not want to see you win, they're getting tips regardless because someone is always up just like someone is always down.

It's called variance.

Stick to wrestling and 2K, thank you.

Learn how variance works.

You claim to have all this experience, right?

You ever sat at a table for 8+ hours and the entire table was up or down?

No, that's not how it works.

Some people are up, some are down.

They're always getting tips, they are not your friend, stop talking out of your ***.

Again, 95% is an OUTRAGEOUS claim.

You know that.

Yes, because casinos definitely want to employ dealers that are going help players with decision which hurts their bottom line.

Use your brain for once.

I spend 3-4k hours in casinos every year and you're in here trying to school me.

Not today, Jamele.

I was being sarcastic with that questioj then I went back and saw your part on variance.

And I am wondering why you feel using the Blackjack chart is such a laughable offense. As if, when used, should provide guidance for players. (Especially that know nothing about BJ, as dude stated.)

So to say 95% of them can't provide that is just wild as hell.

Please tell me where I said using a blackjack chart is a laughable offense.

Oh, wait, I didn't.

I said expecting the dealer to give you good advice is absolutely stupid as they're not trying to help you win.

You, the player, should know the basic strategy.

You, the player, should not go into a casino knowing nothing and expect that the dealer is going to help you as that's not their damn job.

Their job is to deal the damn cards, not understand blackjack charts and perfect blackjack strategy.

If they knew this, they'd be playing and not dealing.

You understand exploiting dealer error is a strategy employed by advantage players, correct?

Some dealers have trouble keeping track of the damn count, you think they just know the perfect play to make in every situation at all times?

I'm the one making outrageous claims?

Stop it, Jamele.

Blackjack is eqsy.

Look for the BJ Chart online.

Wjile playing, ask the dealer , " what does the rule say to do?:

This was the post that you originally quoted.

Not sure where I said to expect a high level of strategy from the dealer.

I simply said to ask them what the book says. What does the chart says.

What is wrong with giving a NOVICE this advice?

Quit the trolling, man.

You keep heading to the pit thinking dealers wanna see you win.

When you've reached a decent sample size, PM me your results so I can laugh.

You hopped out there.

You were emotional threw insults/jabs .

I spoke civil and had a conversation and you tell me I am trolling.

Cool.

Enjoy your rest/sleep and the rest of the day.

Dealers actually do give advice quite often if they see you playing like a super novice and “messing” up the table for others. For example if you hit when you should be holding and other people are getting pissed off.

Not sure why this is being argued.

Your decision at the blackjack table has ZERO impact on the other players.

ZERO.

There is no such thing as messing it up for other players.

Like I said, 95%+ dealers do not know what the hell they're talking about, do not listen to them.

Educate yourself and then go play, do not rely on clueless dealers to help you.

Thank you, I'm about to enjoy this nap.

Why would I report you.

I simply said the chain of events and for you to tell me I was trolling is laughable.

Nothing further.

Yea, the thought of YOU trolling is laughable.

How hard were you laughing when you typed that nonsense out?

I don't like misinformation being spread when it comes to anything casino related, as I'd prefer everyone to be well versed and understand how to create an edge and take advantage of the house.

Casinos are a gold mine if you do some research and educate yourself.

But hey, you don't have to listen to me, you can just listen to your blackjack dealer, he's your friend.

Are you purposely creating this argument that I suggested anyone RELIES on the BlackJack dealer without being prepared or knowing anything about the game?

I simply said you could ASK the dealer what the BJ ChArt suggests to do.

That was all that was stated.

i don’t think you understand how it works. just my take but carry on. There are certain standards or strategies that are the norm and people get mad when you go outside of them. Whether it affects them or not is a different discussion. But the dealer likes to give advice usually as his job is to serve the whole table and if people are getting pissed off cuz they think someone’s playing like an idiot it’s not good for the table. Again, whether that actually impacts them or not is a different question...but it’s the norm that people get pissed off.

If you have soft 17 or less, always hit (i.e., never, never stand with soft 17 or less regardless of what the dealer shows). 2. If you have soft 18 - 21, always stand, except hit a multi-card soft 18 against a dealer 9, 10, or ace.

Almost universally dealers will stick to that and give novice or inexperienced players advice based on that.

i don’t think you understand how it works.

You're copy pasting blackjack strategy from TripAdvisor and I don't understand how it works?

That's a good one.

Thank you for the laugh.

If you would like to plagiarize more of Henry's work, you can PM me because there's no point discussing this any further in here,

As far as the blackjack talk, I’ve always been taught to play with the table.

It’s the table vs the dealer, not just you verse the dealer. Usually whatever is in your best interest is in the tables best interest. If in doubt, ask the people at your table.

Seems like Kaos might've went too hard over the budget

Vegas nightlife in general is in trouble

Why? I went twice this year and it seemed like the crowds were the same as before. Although there are more clubs that saturate the market.

Also is Kaos nightclub or Kaos pool party closing? Went to palms for lunch and saw Kaos pool party line way out the door.
