Correct. The past few days, he has said he will not opt-out, but yet I read today that when asked yet again about it, he said "things can change in a contract", or something along those lines.

It does look like Nike is biting a bit off of those Adidas shirts for the NBA teams (NEW YORK BASKETBALL) but since it's Nike...it's cooler by default

I'm sure they will be between $26.00 and $34.99 at your local sporting goods store.

I guess the Yanks got rid of Aceves because they didn't see any chance he could return to form. Plus all those injuries (one of them being non-baseball) took their toll.
