Ordered penny v cloaks from kixsquare about that same time and it took 2 weeks to get a shipping confirmation but all that means is he printed a label. Couple more weeks went by with no answers and deleted ig comments (laughable). Filed the dispute and for refunded the next day. My local guy had my size ready same price so I wasn't waiting any longer.
