Bingo. And Jordan knows most people don't buy his shoes for performance. They don't care about what tech is used. And shoe boxes can be changed.
Anxious to see how they colorblock these. Also, how this mesh looks up close. +1 on full-length zoom and lunarlon
as long as it wont be this much i will cop because i am a fan of Kobe Bryant!! http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-b...-signature-nikes-cost-315-174556161--nba.html
Think they brought back the torch sleeve? if it ain't broke don't fix it. Or if they keep the power stretch sleeve, just put some actual padding to prevent lace pressure
Ankle support my *****. Even KD is going to a mid. Nothing can stop you from rolling your ankle, except special shoes like Forrest Gump. Tired of this system gimmick costn an xtra $30.
the height of the shoe does not give you more protection.. it's how low your foot is to the ground. this should be common sense by now..
Exactly! so why low after low after low, its getting old and played out. Not only is it how low your foot is to the ground, it's how good their trainers tape the players ankles. Nothing special about Kobes sig line anymore, unless your into rocking your favorite power animal. Thugs don't even chop up a roof mall to steal them Kobes, they go for the Lebrons. The KD reference was just because he is switching it from a low to a mid. More shoe/design for the money when you raise the collar.
Honestly you can wear any type of shoes if you wear an ankle brace to LESSEN the chance of rolling/spraining your ankles. Nothing will ever fully prevent it, other than not ballin, of course...
Success of a shoe line isn't measured by if some idiots tried to steal them. There is more to a performance shoe than design, and having more space for design is pointless when you are trying to make a low and light basketball shoe.
i'm not kobe, and i don't have a personal trainer. is it magic that i've NEVER rolled my ankle in kobe's (when properly laced up)? i've rolled my ankle when i would be stupid and play without lacing up, but other than that.. no, not once since 2008. so you're theory is bs. you know it, i know it. i feel more comfortable landing on someone's foot in kobe's than in lebrons (and it's happened). lebrons i gotta worry about the airmax which is slightly higher off the ground.. it's physics.. it doesn't lie.
