Easy fix: an organization pays people one cent to pass out water, food, etc. to people waiting in line. Technically, not volunteering. The politicians introducing these bills are beyond dumb.

But I thought Republicans didn't believe in the government telling businesses what to do. Big government conservatism is really getting out of hand. Maybe I should start a "Gregg Abbott is Human Trash" fan page and see how he feels about that.

Wheels really knows how to take a stand on the tough issues. How about finding out who's to blame for us nearly freezing to death a few weeks ago and do something about it.
