One thing I really love about the prospect of proportional representation is that it is makes it so loony gun owners poltical power will be weaken.

When America finally has the guys to pass legislation to rid society of guns, gun owners won't have the political power to punishment legislators at the ballot box.

People usually have an issue with "assault" weapons. They aren't typically used for hunting because of how they destroy flesh. Their literal purpose is to kill enemy combatants.

Knives are also a hunting tool. Mainly to clean the animal after it has been killed from a safe distance.

Most hunters throughout history, have not replied on a knife as their main tool to kill an animal. It was spears, bows and arrows, guns, etc.

I know tons of dudes that hunt. They are not chasing ducks and dears with knives.

I know plenty of people that hunt as well. And knives have historically been used as weapons/hunting tools. That said, as I stated at first it is about the use. If no one thought Don Jr was talking about having fun committing mass murder then the conversation is irrelevant.

Nah, I wasn't. I was stating that guns have several purposes. No matter what a gun is designed for, many people hit the range and shoot with them for an adrenaline rush.

And I do both re: shooting and defending online. What about you?
