Dec 23 15-25 call spread selling the 10-5 put spread for .30 credit and the 20-30 call spread selling the same put spreads for credit as well.

I don’t know about fundamentals being that strong considering that S&P is trading at over 21 forward year earnings. Historically 18 was high.
