got my black laces in yesterday... i thought 72 was the right length but they a little too long... its kinda disappointing to be honest... but im a keep them and still rock it... im just picky with the way i lace my shoes i wanted a certain look but whatever ill still use it... not trying to spend 5 bucks on laces again

No. You would have been charged. Sometimes L emails never come.
