Paypal Issued Refund?

I bought these shoes off of a guy on eBay and 18 days went by without dude even shipping the shoes out. I opened up a case and told the dude I wanted my money back for the shoes. The case I guess was resolved today and eBay told me that my money had been refunded, but the problem is, I don't see any refund on my PayPal account. How long does this usually take to show up?
