It depends where you live I guess. I got mine on my first try in VA. Drivers ed and a lil study you should pass, drivers ed helped me a lot

Its easy as hell I took it after I turned 18 with no driving school or exp.

Depends on your state. In VA you have to have a permit for 1 year and 6 months before you can get your license. Drivers ed in school isn't required but it def. help. If you can look into traffice school. They offer in car training. It might be better than practicing with your parents who can make you really nervous. You need 40 hrs of in car training w/10 of them @ night.

Just go to your DMV website. The book is probably free and you can have it mailed to your house. It'll tell you everything you need. GL that +@%+ willwork your nerves. When I first got my license I would figure out where I was going in my mind and stay in that lane the whole time if possible. If I knew Ihad to make a left to get into the parking lot, I stayed my +$# in that left lane the whole time.
