I just DL'd a brand new theme. How do I upload the whole thing?

I want to run just that theme on rainmaker.

Here is a close up of my dock. The dock I use is Nexus Dock. I was using Object Dock Plus until I found this, probably won't go back. I love the live iconreflection.
