That is what happened to my friends weiner dog. His back was all jacked and there was a time where he had to care it around like a baby. Like whole time, he just had this long dog in his arms the whole time.

Thanks iHust1e. Doggie would sound funny. Reminds me of Hank Hill's neighbor's dog.

Here she is also humping/raping one my brother's male Pom.

Her bottom lip will start quiver as she thrusts her vag against his booty. She'll even try and bite his ear if he doesn't react to her.

Aint got nothing on my Wolf-Sable Pomeranian

jk yours is a cutie tho

Aint neither of you guys' got nothin on my Sexual-Chocolate Brown, Sir Barky Bob Von Fluffy (Thats his official title)..
Both yall got nice lookin' Poms..
People can say what they want about being a grown man with a small dog, but I guarentee you I'll have 10x's the amount of women come up to me while walking my dog than you will w/ your Pit/Rott/Doberman/German Shepard..
Word, Pom's will get the most women coming from all over just to pet them.

Just look at this:

What do you guys know about that black Pom with a reverse skunk. This pipsqueak has a strip of white hair down his chest
pimp.gif
.  He gets just as much girls asking about him as my female Pom. Not so much the other white one in the background named "Fluffy aka Scruffy."

I concur what mojodmonky1 said bout labs, don't cop one if you don't have the space. My cousin has a lab and he turned out looking like her.....fat.

It's recommended you brush their hair once a day, but you can probably go every few days. The black and the white pom in the picture together are about 12 years old now and one has a short haircut while the other is looking like a lion right now. Like all small dogs you have to clean their teeth and get them checked out periodically since they're prone to periodontal disease. Other than that, they seem pretty resilient thus far. They're really loyal and will follow you wherever you go.

I love dogs but hate Pomeranians. They're nasty little dogs. Everyone I've ever known had a bad temper & didn't get along with people. I'd suggest a Boston Terrier or French Bulldog.

French Bull Dog                                                         Boston Terrier

psk-First of all, F U..Pom are not nasty little dogs..They are a great breed that are smart, fiercly loyal, and sensitive..Second, and Im not sure on the FBD, Boston Terriers are not good dogs..They are hard to potty train, dumb as hell, bark nonstop, and most importantly are nowhere near as gangsta as Poms..

Frank-You Poms are sic man..
pimp.gif
..And my Barky Bob is like your black pom..Except he's chocolate brown and has a sugar white streak about 4 in. long on his chest..Also has a white dot on the same 2 toes on both front paws..

hahahahaha, im not a pom lover by any stretch, but your Barky Bob may convince me otherwise.  I've never seen one with that color and markings.  Cant say it enough, but great looking dog.

I like the look of Boston's, but the ones Ive been around were absolute TERRORS.  Buddy of mine had a boston who would just be yappin non stop and would  try to tear out your achilles tendons if you werent careful.  I have a neighbor in my complex who has a Boston that is so ugly its cute with these huge %*@ bug eyes that point in the opposite direction.  She is actually the one who recommended me to the eye surgeon that worked on my pup as her boston had a buncha eye problems that she said cost her more than $10K.  Not sure if all Bostons are prone to eye issues like that.

French bulldogs are everywhere out here in San Francisco. I feel like that is the new yorkie or something.

Husky bruh.
Every girl on your block will start talking to you when you walking ur husky

Chinese Shar Pei
my puppy pickup, just got him saturday.
smart dog for being 7 weeks old, he goes and sits by the front door when he needs to go outside, and he will give a handshake on demand.

Very nice dog Zach..Don't those dogs have a bunch of issues with their eyes and ears due to all the wrinkles?

I have two dogs both are mix, ones a chihuahua/pinsher and the other ones chihuahua something. If you want a small dog imo go with a chihuhua or Terrior of some kind
personally like the Jack russell and that rat terrior is pretty cool too.

Sidenote: any one know of a site I can go to find out what my other dog is a mix of? Been bugging me ever since I got him.

I like the look of the french bulldogs, but it looks like theyre out of my price range.

To the Pom owners, Frank/Case................whats with the barking? I read as a breed their pretty yappy, is that something you can rid them of as a puppy?

DON'T GET A BEAGLE.

My little guy Brindle is a pain in the neck.

You CAN'T leave him off the leash for ANYTHING. He doesn't bark he HOWLS, it's blood curdling. High energy, stubborn, slow to housebreak, needy.

Don't get a dog at all. Enjoy your free time and money.

But if that doesn't deter you... beagles are pretty cute. And loyal.

Idk if I posted in this thread but my sister's poodle is the most well behaved dog I've ever seen. Ridiculously smart too. He learns quickly.

I'm not gonna lie, they can be a little noisy, especially when they're puppies..But you just gotta train them..When Barky was a puppy and he would get a little too excited, ex:If someone knocked on the door or another dog walked by the sliding glass door, we would just give him a firm "no" or "sshh"..It worked pretty well..I mean a dog is going to bark no matter what, but with some patience it can be curbed a bit..Put it this way, I live in an apartment with 1 unit behind, 1 above, 1 across the hall, and 1 across and above and I have never had a neighbor come knockin cause of Barky, but there have been complaints about 1 neighbors' terrier(not sure which kind but not a Jack) and another dog that is part beagle and ?..

gonna sound funny, but all dogs look so dang cool as puppies lol.

So ppl have told me frenchies go like $1200-1500. Forget that haha

I like Poms and Yorkies, just kinda feminine for a single guy. But I could live with it I guess lol

~By a Shelter Director

Our society needs a huge "Wake-up" call.
As a shelter manager, I am going to share
a little insight with you all...
a "view from the inside" - if you will.

First off, any of you whom have surrendered a pet
to a shelter or humane society should be made to work
in the "back" of an
animal shelter - for just ONE DAY.

Maybe if you saw the life drain from those sad,
lost, confused eyes, you'd stop flagging the ads on here
and help these animals find homes.

That puppy you just dropped off will most-likely end up
in my shelter when it's no longer a cute little puppy anymore.

Just so you know, there's a 90% chance that your dog will never
walk out back out, once entered in to the shelter system...
Purebred or not!

About 25% of all of the dogs that are "owner surrenders" or "strays"
that come into a shelter are purebred dogs.

The most common excuses: "We're moving and can't take our dog (or cat)."
Really? Where are you moving to that doesn't allow pets?
Or they say "The dog got bigger than we thought it would".
How big did you think a German Shepherd would get?
"We don't have time for her".
Really? I work a 10-12 hour day and still have time for my 6 dogs!
"She's tearing up our yard".
How about making her a part of your family?
"We just don't want to have to stress about finding
a place for her & we know she'll get adopted,
she's a good dog".

Odds are, your pet won't get adopted
& how stressful do you think it is for your pet?

Did you know...
Your pet has 72 hours to find a new family
from the moment you drop it off?
Sometimes a little longer if the shelter isn't full
and your dog/cat manages to stay completely healthy.

If it sniffles, it is euthanized.

Your pet will be confined to a small run/kennel in a room
with other barking & crying animals.
It will have to relieve itself where it eats and sleeps.
It will be depressed and will cry constantly for you.
If your pet is lucky, there will be enough volunteers in that day
to take him/her for a walk.
If not, your pet won't get any attention besides having a bowl of food
slid under the kennel door and the waste sprayed out of it's pen
with a high-powered hose.
If your dog is big, black or any of the "Bully" breeds
(pit bull, rottie, mastiff, etc) it was pretty much dead when
you walked it through the front door.
If your cat is scared and doesn't act friendly enough,
or if it catches a cold (which most of them 'do'),
it will be put to sleep.
Those dogs & cats just don't get adopted.
In most cases, it doesn't matter how 'sweet' or 'well behaved' they are.
If your pet doesn't get adopted within it's 72 hours
and the shelter is full, it will be destroyed.
If the shelter isn't full and your pet is good enough,
and of a desirable enough breed it may get a stay of execution,
but not for long.

Most dogs get very kennel protective after about a week and are
destroyed for showing aggression.
Even the sweetest dogs will turn in this environment.

If your pet makes it over all of those hurdles chances are it
will get kennel cough or an upper respiratory infection and will be
destroyed because the shelter gets paid a fee to euthanize each animal and
making money is better than spending money to take this animal to the vet.

Here's a little euthanasia 101 for those of you that have never witnessed a
perfectly healthy, scared animal being "put-down".

First, your pet will be taken from its kennel on a leash.
They always look like they think they are going for a walk...
happy, wagging their tails...
until they get to "The Room",
every one of them freaks out and puts on the brakes when they get to the door.
It must smell like death or they can feel the sad souls that are left in there.
It's strange, but it happens with every one of them.
Your dog or cat will be restrained, held down by 1 or 2 shelter workers,
depending on the size and how freaked out they are.
Then a shelter worker who we call a "euthanasia tech (not a vet)"
finds a vein in the front leg and injects a lethal dose of the "pink stuff".

Hopefully your pet doesn't panic from being restrained and jerks.
I've seen the needles tear out of a leg and been covered with the resulting blood...
the yelps and screams are deafening.

They all don't just "go to sleep", sometimes they spasm for a while,
gasp for air and defecate on themselves.

You see, shelters are trying to make money to pay employee pay checks
and then, there's the board of directors...
who need to be paid too!

Consequently, corners are cut, & we don't spend our funds to
tranquilize the animal before injecting them with the lethal drug,
we just put the burning lethal drug in their vein and let them suffer until dead.

If it were not a business for profit, we'd do it humanely and hire a
licensed vet do this procedure.
That way, the animal would be sedated or tranquilized and THEN euthanized.

But to do this procedure correctly would only cost more money...
so we don't necessarily do what is right for the animal,
we do what's expedient so we can continue to make a buck!

Shelters do not have to have a vet perform their euthanasia procedures.
Oftentimes, they are untrained personnel administering lethal injections.
So... that employee may take 50 pokes with a needle and 3 hours to get inside the vein.

In the end, your pet's corpse will be stacked like firewood in a large freezer,
usually in the back of the building with all of the other animals that were killed.
There they will sit until being picked up like garbage.

What happens next? Cremated?
Taken to the dump?
Rendered into pet food?
Or used for schools to dissect and experiment on?

You'll never know and it probably won't even cross your mind.

After all, it was just an animal and you can always buy another one, right?!

I hope that those of you who still have a beating heart and have read this
are bawling your eyes out and can't get the pictures out of your head.
I deal with this everyday.
I hate my job, I hate that it exists &
I hate that it will always be there unless you people make changes
and start educating yourselves, your children, the public.
Do the research, do your homework, and know exactly
what you are getting into before getting a pet.
These shelters and humane societies exist because people just do not care about animals anymore.
And PLEASE stop breeding!

Animals were not intended to be disposable but somehow that is what they've become.

I hope you're 100% committed! This ain't no Nike shoe you can store back in the box.
