I just assumed the barbed wire fence was for the business next door.
I've seen those at car places but again I'm not familiar with Los angeles.

What? The cartels don’t usually have this issue because most of them won’t let you work with them if they don’t know the exact location of your immediate and extended family.

You’d be alarmed at the number of places that would laugh if asked to take the presence of small children into consideration when putting up barbed wire.
