So I cut my head open... How long is the healing process? (New Pic)

I cut my head open playing football... I tackled the kid and his tooth dug into my head... Now I couldnt get stitches because they said since it was a humanbite, there is a chance of getting infected... A piece of the meat was hanging but was still attached so they told me to place it back into the whole and itshould regrow... How long till it heals?

who ever told you that is an idiot. it likely will get infected and that is the exact reason you need to go to the ER to get stitches andantibiotics. otherwise enjoy getting septicemia and being in the hospital for about a week.

try pouring some alcohol on it. It'll ease the pain and would clean it

Happened to my uncle about a year ago. Go the the ER. They'll give you antibiotics and staple the wound closed.

Just as a FYI, hair isn't gonna regrow there.

I did go to the hospital... They were the ones that told me to let it heal on its own... I might just go back to another hospital and see what they say... Ithappened on Sunday...

Honestly, it stung for a second... Then the people I was playing with ran over and they notice blood gushing out... I thought it was the kidselbow but then he told me he had hair in his mouth
