I haven't been listening to music for like the past week now to try and clear my mind. No music at home none in the car none at work. but I'm waking up in the morning with random songs stuck in my head and I can't get it out it's low key driving me crazy the songs have changed from day to day or after a matter of hours...songs I don't even like from years old to newer stuff. Super random. How do I get this to stop???

It will take almost 6 weeks if you are a heavy listener for years. At least that's how long it took me.
 
any backstreet boys song from back in the day, im always randomly singing them :lol:
 
I find myself humming old tv show intros :lol:

But this is my problem, what about when u don't want to? I was told by someone to stop all music and television for a duration of time in order to clear my mind and reach an epiphany of sorts...I'm in the going insane phase I guess??
