Those who live in Queens,NY - vitamin world in queens center is closing and having 75% the whole store (only that location) - they have an okay amount of stuff left managed to get all the quest bars that were in boxes - came out to $9 box and found Hyde pre for $15 - they have a bunch of quest bars and protein bars left

Christmas is about making people happy b especially my fitness fam. Hopefully we'll have an even bigger and better SS next year.

Hopped on the scale at the gym and it said 219. That's down 24 lbs so I was pretty pumped the rest of my workout until I get home and hop on the scale 228. Im tight right now lol

Do you workout at Planet Fitness? Was this after the pizza at the front door and you still thought you were down in weight?
 
I haven't hopped on a scale in awhile so I knew I was down but I thought it was sketchy that's why I checked at home.
 
Went to see the doctor, I have an appointment with the specialist. :frown:

It's coming down to a shot in the shoulder and go home, or CAT scan/MRI and possibly surgery :frown:

Yeah I had to tell my primary physician that I want answers not guesses hence why I'm seeing a specialist now.

I'm totally bummed out. Heading to the gym to release this feeling in squats.
 
I think I got the new job working sane hours so gains will be had again finally. :pimp:

Can't wait to tell my boss I'm done :lol: I already tell him I'm going to quit every day anyways.

Went for 280. Tried twice couldnt lock the ******* thing out. Put 275 on after and hit it. Not completely pissed but i want that 280, im so close. It will be had. Cranked out 135x25 as a burn out after. Finished with chest accessory and tricep work.

That wasn't crossfit..that was me being hardheaded and doing the same movement back to back. The 2nd day I tried to go for a 90% push press, when the coach told me to not do the same isolated movement he next day of my programming. :lol:

It's all good. I'm going to bounce back harder.

Atleast it got me focusing on my squats more.

I went for 300lbs 3x10

Looking back, I wish I would have been more pushy to get an MRI when I separated my shoulder. I would have probably gone for the surgery and saved on recovery time.
