the only thing i carry around with me is a blender bottle and my phone. i keep my keys, wallet, etc in the locker. i don't use chalk, straps, or anything, but i've considered wrist wraps for heavier presses.
 
Niketalk, I've been having an issue the last day or two.

I'm about two weeks into lifting again, and one of the exercises is Bent-Over Rows.

I'm having some pain in my left elbow, and I feel like I must be doing something wrong with this lift specifically.

My left arm is a little weaker than my right, but this isn't muscle soreness. Is it usually a matter of arm position? I'm pretty good about having the proper form and not jerking the weight around.
 
I actually just purchased a dope waist band thing for my runs.

Water resistant/proof.

Able to toss my phone and key fob in there.

Has spots for the diff “runner” packets and gels.

Didn’t bother me at all, wore in directly on my skin clamp by my belly button and zipper end on my back.


Might work for those wanting a slimmer and hidden option for the gym.




Otherwise use a gym bag like most humans lol

i have a similar nike one for runs. kinda hard to
get my phone into but it works
