This was actually a 5lb PR today @ 166lb.
First time touching 4 plates since my sciatica injury last year. I’m thankful to even be able to make a 90% recovery. Deadlifts took the biggest hit though. Not sure if I’ll make a full recovery for that lol
 
Yeah, diet is hard for sure.

I personally just like lifting weights and don’t really care what I look like as long as I’m not fat.

I was blimping in that vid though. :lol:
 
Man, I didn’t even know about my gym until I met my girl. She’s been lifting there for years.

Anytime is cool for the random late night sessions or when I used to be all over for work but wack for a main gym.


How many memberships does everyone here have????
 
Two, my anytime is 30 bucks a month and there is one two blocks from me so I keep it.

My gym closes early on weekends so I use it on saturdays a lot.
