That's terrible policing... When he was iso'd in the bathroom, they should've had him put his hands up, cuffed him, & then frisked him. It most likely would've prevented the shooting. These officers need to be reprimanded severely if not fired.
Edit - I sent this to my inlaw who was a long time Bmore police office whose last titles included headed vice, district commander, police academy commandant, & later chief of police at Coppin St... He agreed that these officers handled the situation incorrectly & if it were up to him, they would be fired depending on past performance.
