KJV is a good read. Felt more couldve been done with character development though.

"When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets: Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity." - Deuteronomy 25 :11-12

I just don't get how some diehard religious people take the bible literally word for word and preach it as it. Some of the material is outdated but they don't want to hear that. I'm going to hell. Whatever

...Psalms is my favorite book with chapters 37 and 118 being my personal favorites.

I do suggest getting a study Bible too - helps to put things into context and gives a history of what you're reading...
