Yeah, Shawty Lo's hair/beard is straight painted on. It doesn't even look real.

Find the video of Gucci performing at his 'Welcome Home' party and you'll be able to see it better. %*$* looks like black matte paint on his head.
 
That's called a blackout down here in SC. It's like $50 at the barbershop to get done but it only last a week.Its like black dye or something like that. All the youngstas are doin it these days...

It's meant for older heads who's hair is thining or their hairline is not too straight to begin with.
